Melissa R. Andrews, M.Ed., is Executive Vice President and Director of Research at NeuroScience, Inc. Ms. Andrews initiates and manages all aspects of the clinical trial research process. She has formal training and certification for numerous standardized assessments for children and adults and has performed clinical ratings and neuropsychological testing for Depression, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Social Phobia, Insomnia, Autism, Down Syndrome, and Bipolar Disorder since 1996.
Ms. Andrews has received formal training in Good Clinical Practice for research trials. She has been certified to perform neurocognitive testing on a variety of equipment, including the CANTAB and the CCPT. She trains and manages a staff of clinical trial coordinators and is responsible for all regulatory affairs, budgets, communications with sponsors, patient recruitment, and marketing. She earned her Master’s degree in Special Education at the College of William and Mary.
