NSI is compliant with the HIPAA Privacy Rule. A HIPAA binder is displayed in the lobby, and all patients receive and sign HIPAA notification forms. NSI staff members are trained in privacy procedures and must sign an agreement to remain compliant with privacy practices and laws.
