The group targets executive dysfunction to help adults (ages 18 and above) with Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) lead more organized and productive lives.  The group provides a supportive environment for learning time management, planning, and organizational skills, with a focus on applying these skills to real-life situations.  Each session includes instruction about, and implementation of, new skills, motivational strategies to promote success, in-session exercises, and practice strategies to be completed prior to the next session.
