We request payment at the time of services.  So that our practitioners are not limited in the scope or type of treatment, we do not participate in any insurance plans, including Medicaid and Medicare. Clients are responsible for contacting their insurance companies to arrange for reimbursement for out-of-network services.

Although we do not accept insurance, we provide patients with statements that include all of the information needed in order to process their out-of-network claims. We may be able to assist with pre-certification information and paperwork requested by an insurance company; however, we cannot guarantee the outcome or influence the insurance provider’s reimbursement decisions.
