Life Transition Skills Group (Co-ed, Ages 18-25)

The Life Transition Skills group, led by Dr. Sajjad Khan, focuses on the adaptive skills necessary for a successful transition from young adulthood into adulthood, including self-advocacy, organization/executive function, and management of multiple task demands (eg, job search, personal finances).

The curriculum includes the development of self-confidence and target goals that are concurrent with independent living skills.

The group includes males and females aged 18-25.

Duration, Scheduling, and Cost:

Eight 50-minute sessions every other week. $125/session
